How To Place An Order Using A School Purchase Order?

How To Submit Your Order:

The Purchase Order processing is very easy. Simply send  your P.O by fax or email  with the following information

- Contact name, phone number and email (in case we have any questions).

- Payable name, phone number and email (we send out your invoice by email, so a valid email address is required to process your order).

-A Purchase Order Number.

-Billing and Shipping Address and phone number

-Clearly stated item name, unit cost, and quantity needed.

-Please add  taxes for your Province, either is HST or GST (provintial taxes are not charged).

If we provided with an estimate, please add estimate number

As soon as we receive the P.O  we will assign an order ID and   a confirmation email will be sent. Within 24-48 hours  your  tracking number will be sent




 We operate with a “net 30” payment arrangement for approved school purchase orders. That is, payment is expected in full not more than 30 days after your order is processed.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to set up your account and process your order.
It will take up to 7 days to deliver via Canada Post expedited or Priority Mail . If you need to get it sooner or send it by courier, please email for other shipping options, including TNT express.

We do ship to PO Boxes, as shipping is handled by Canada Post.. Please provide a physical street address for your shipping address if order is next day.

Customers UPS or Fedex accounts are also accepted, please contact us if you want us to use your account
