When and how will my order ship?
Your order will ship by the next business day after it is placed. Domestic orders will ship via FEDEX/USPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For all orders in the continental US you should receive your order within 4-7 days, although most orders will arrive sooner. Shipping time can vary depending on your geographic location. Orders outside the continental US will take longer.

Where is my order?
Within two business days of placing you order you should have received an email with a tracking number. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can use the tracking number in the email to track your package here.
If you still do not see the email or the tracking information is not showing up on the UPS website, please send an email to info@smartgurlz.com and include your name and order number. A member of the SmartGurlz team will check on the status of your order and respond shortly.
